Like the rest of our line, both of our mustards are all-natural, Non-GMO Project Verified, and are made from only the highest quality ingredients. The Dijon is smooth and creamy with notes of Chablis, and the Spicy Brown features stone-ground texture and a rugged sweetness from Vermont maple syrup. This Spicy Brown, in fact, has become quite the darling of the mustard world, placing first in Serious Eats' taste test, and winning a Silver medal at the World-Wide Mustard Competition.
